Agreement

These Terms govern your access to ZMS AI (zms.com), including its AI image, video, voice, music, and digital-human tools, accounts, credit system, generated-work library, payment features, and related services.

By using ZMS AI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase paid services. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity under your account.

We may refuse registration, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, payment misuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

The Service

ZMS AI provides tools for preparing and generating images, videos, speech, music, original voice designs, authorized voice clones, and audio-driven digital-human content from prompts, scripts, lyrics, uploaded references, and model settings. Models, parameters, generation times, costs, output formats, and availability may change as the platform evolves.

ZMS AI may rely on third-party infrastructure and model providers. References to model or company names are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

User Content

User Content includes prompts, scripts, lyrics, uploaded images, videos, or audio, voice recordings, transcripts, settings, instructions, and other materials you submit. You retain any rights you have in User Content.

You grant ZMS AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to operate the service, generate outputs, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every file and instruction you submit. You may clone a voice, animate a person, or re-drive a video only when you own the relevant voice, likeness, and media or have explicit permission from the rights holder and depicted person.

Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, advertising, or using them in client work.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-exclusive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee originality, copyrightability, ownership status, non-infringement, prompt adherence, or fitness for use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use ZMS AI to break laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, create deceptive voice or digital-human media, distribute malware, attack infrastructure, bypass access or payment controls, abuse promotions, or gain unauthorized access.

The following content and activity are prohibited:

• Sexual, pornographic, or other not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content.

• Sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.

• Non-consensual intimate imagery or unauthorized realistic depictions of identifiable people.

• Hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, violent, or unlawful content.

• Terrorism promotion, self-harm encouragement, phishing, scams, or malware.

• Uploading media or protected material you do not have the right to use.

• Cloning a voice or animating a recognizable person without valid consent.

• Using generated speech or digital-human media for fraud, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or misleading identity claims.

• Requesting deceptive imitations of identifiable living artists or submitting lyrics, recordings, or compositions you do not have the right to use.

We may investigate activity, block generations, remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access when these rules are violated.

Credits and Payments

Some features require credits. Credit costs may vary by model, mode, duration, resolution, or reference usage. Purchased credits do not expire, but they have no cash value and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.

Generated works are retained in the account library for up to six months. Download anything you need to keep longer.

Prices, packages, complimentary credits, and generation costs may change. Payment availability is subject to the payment provider and the final price displayed before purchase.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Digital credit purchases are generally non-refundable once any paid credits from that purchase have been used.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Generation may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, traffic, provider outages, safety checks, or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

ZMS AI branding, software, interface, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of the platform or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivatives of protected service components.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZMS AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
