This Privacy Policy explains how ZMS AI (zms.com) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our AI image, video, voice, music, and digital-human creation platform, account features, website, and support channels.

By using ZMS AI, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account settings. Authentication may be provided by a third-party account service.

When you use creative tools, we may process prompts, scripts, lyrics, music directions, voice descriptions, transcripts, uploaded reference images, videos, or audio, selected settings, generated outputs, task status, timestamps, and technical metadata needed to operate the service. Voice-cloning workflows may process voice recordings and a voice identifier needed to provide the requested cloned voice.

For purchases, payment providers process payment credentials. We generally receive transaction references, package details, payment status, billing country, and limited fraud-prevention information rather than full card details.

We may also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, visited pages, interaction events, approximate location, diagnostic logs, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide accounts and creative tools, process prompts and reference media, deliver generated outputs, maintain credit balances, process payments, operate the user library, provide support, detect fraud or abuse, protect the service, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your prompts, scripts, voice recordings, or uploaded reference media as standalone data. We do not use private account content for unrelated advertising.

Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, payments, analytics, email, security, and customer support. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer.

Cookies and Local Storage

ZMS AI and its providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, preferences, fraud prevention, analytics, payment return flows, and core product functionality.

Disabling essential browser storage may prevent authentication, account, library, or payment features from working correctly.

Retention

Generated works, including generated audio and digital-human videos, are retained in the user library for up to six months unless removed sooner through available controls or a valid request. Reference voice files and reusable voice records may be retained while needed to provide the requested feature and may be deleted through available controls or a valid request. Account, security, support, and payment records may be retained longer when necessary for service operation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for security, payments, or legal obligations.

Children

ZMS AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
