Model overview
ZMS AI uses Nano Banana 2.1 for still images. Write a prompt, or attach references when the change must follow an existing picture.

The Nano Banana family also keeps Nano Banana 2, including 0.5K and four recorded stills. Those stills are not Nano Banana 2.1 results.
Creation modes
Use text when you are inventing the picture. Switch to image-to-image only when a reference has to stay in the job.
Describe the subject, light, and any words that must appear. No reference is sent.
Add 1–14 references and say what should change. Each image after the first adds 1 credit.
Web search and image search are separate. Each one that is on adds 3 credits.
Pick 1K, 2K, or 4K, one ratio, and PNG or JPEG. There is no 0.5K control.
Prompt ideas
These ten Nano Banana 2.1 images were generated on 8 October 2026 at 1K. Filter the cards to compare web search, image search, and reference edits. The Paris temperatures are text the model printed, not a checked forecast.

Workflow illustration
Name the change and which reference owns identity or layout. The picture is a workflow illustration, not a Nano Banana 2.1 result.
Shared ZMS illustration for planning an edit. It is not a Nano Banana 2.1 image.Practical workflow
Check the request before you submit. For another size list, use the Nano Banana 2 workspace or the AI image generator.
Stay on text for a new picture. Choose image-to-image when a reference has a job.
1K is 12, 2K is 18, and 4K is 24. Turn a search switch on only when the brief needs it.
Add the size, 3 for each search switch, and 1 for each reference after the first.
When a signed-in task returns, check the picture and any requested words before download.
Reference planning
An edit needs at least one image and accepts fourteen. Each image after the first adds 1 credit.
Say whether it controls the person, the product, the layout, the palette, or the place.
One reference stays inside the size price. Each image after that adds 1 credit.
Write the requested change first, then the facts that should survive the edit.
Switching back to text clears the references so a new picture is not sent as an edit.
Publishing checks
The credit table matches the debits on the ten runs above. Those pictures are the returned files, not a ranking of the model.

12 at 1K, 18 at 2K, and 24 at 4K. Each search switch adds 3. Both switches make 1K cost 18. Each reference after the first adds 1.
Yes. Each switch adds 3 credits once per request. The price is not counted per search result.
The first reference is included. Each image after it adds 1 credit, so fourteen references add 13 credits.
